Shift and Schedule: Weekends as needed
Position Overview
The Plumbing Install Technician is responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operations and repair of the plumbing systems in residential buildings. This includes installing and repairing sinks, toilets and other plumbing fixtures, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals.

Premier Plumbing is seeking team members who are passionate about wowing customers through their work. We are looking for someone to join our team that is knowledgeable in the plumbing trade. Must have previous experience with service. Will need to be able to perform jobs on your own and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Plumbing experience is essential
- Heating and gas experience is required

Responsibilities
Install, repair, inspect, maintain, and operate residential plumbing systems
Perform in-home plumbing service calls, installations, and drain cleaning
Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
Ensure all repairs and installations are fully tested and functioning properly before leaving the job site
Explain all services, repairs, and installation work clearly to customers
Educate customers on company services, superior workmanship, financing options, maintenance plans, and club memberships
Build customer rapport to recommend and sell appropriate products and services
Maintain professionalism to generate referrals and repeat business
Wear floor protection and maintain a clean, organized work area inside customers’ homes
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized service truck and park it for maximum brand visibility
Convert at least 25% of non-club customers to memberships and maintain a 90% renewal rate
Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams to support business operations
Follow safety procedures at all times, including safe driving practices
Accurately complete invoices, timecards, option sheets, and customer feedback
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and company retreats
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quality workmanship
Follow company policies, Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and live the company’s core values daily
Perform additional duties as assigned
